    Welcome to K Gallery Art. By proceeding with the Payment Gateway/Pay by Link option, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following payment policy. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making your payment.

    2.1. Payments can be made securely via the Payment Gateway/Pay by Link option using valid credit or debit cards.
    2.2. By entering your payment information, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the card, and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
    2.3. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice or as indicated in the payment link.

    5.3. In the event of a no-show, the full consultation or service fee may be charged.

    6.1. Refunds for services already rendered are not permitted.
    6.2. If you have prepaid for a service and wish to cancel within the allowed notice period, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    6.3. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@kgallery.art with proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund.
    6.4. In the case of package deals or discounted services, refunds will be calculated based on standard rates for services already availed.
