Concrete Silence | Eyad Jouda
12 January – 31 January 2025
What others discard, Eyad reclaims. Wood, steel wire, cement, and stone—the fragments left behind on construction sites—are transformed under his touch. Each piece finds new purpose, telling stories of endurance and renewal. The material itself becomes a guiding force: in “Exodus,” the weight of concrete echoes the gravity of migration; in “Sufi Whirling,” the fluid lines of metal wires mirror the flowing motion of spiritual devotion. Across the collection, Jouda’s interventions breathe life into discarded remnants, creating sculptures that speak of resilience, transformation, and the hidden poetry in everyday debris.
