Carved from pine wood, the figure follows the natural rhythm of the grain, allowing the material to remain visible within the human form. Marks, tonal shifts and irregularities become part of its character, giving the sculpture an earthy, tactile presence. Rather than disguising the wood, the work lets it speak — somewhere between raw material and figure.
