Cancellation Policy
5.1. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
5.2. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your payment.
5.3. In the event of a no-show, the full consultation or service fee may be charged.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds for services already rendered are not permitted.
6.2. If you have prepaid for a service and wish to cancel within the allowed notice period, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6.3. Refund requests must be made in writing to info@kgallery.art with proof of payment and a valid reason for the refund.
6.4. In the case of package deals or discounted services, refunds will be calculated based on standard rates for services already availed.
7. Disputed Charges

within 7 days of the transaction.
7.2. We will investigate and respond to your query within 5 business days.
