Mother

Enveloped in soft earth tones, a mother bends tenderly over her child, her form wrapped in translucent drapery like a veil of love. The scene radiates warmth, fragility, and an eternal rhythm of nurture,  a quiet hymn to the intimacy of motherhood. Rana Othman embraces a figurative-expressionist style, using delicate strokes and layered translucency to capture vulnerability and grace. The piece is less a portrait than an emotion made visible, where the maternal bond becomes both subject and symbol. This work resonates in interiors seeking serenity and depth, from intimate living spaces to refined bedrooms or soft-lit lounges. A timeless reminder of care and connection, it invites collectors to bring into their home the universal story of maternal embrace.
